15 years to be an overnight success - Roger Hall at the Devonport Library

New Zealand's leading playwright Roger Hall will speak to the Devonport Library Associates about his 15 year journey to become an overnight success. Venue: Devonport Library

Roger, CNZM, QSO, is a writer of plays and books for adults and children, for theatre and television. He has been recognised with the Burns Fellowship in Dunedin, the Katherine Mansfield Fellowship at Menton and a Doctorate from Victoria University of Wellington. Roger has given most of us more laughs than almost any other writer. 

Roger will speak at to the Devonport Library Associates at the Devonport Library on Thursday February 14, after the DLA's annual general meeting (7pm). There will be drinks and nibbles from 7.30 pm and the talk from 8 pm until about 9.15. Free (koha).
