Playwrights Michelanne Forster and Vivienne Plumb discuss their recently-published book Twenty New Zealand Playwrights, which offers compelling insights into some of New Zealand’s best-loved playwrights, and discuss the state of theatre in New Zealand today.

Michelanne Forster is a prolific playwright and author who held the University of Auckland Residency at the Michael King Writers’ Centre in 2011.

Vivienne Plumb is a playwright, poet and fiction writer who has also won numerous awards and fellowships.
