Brigid Lowry has an MA in Creative Writing. Auckland-born, she now lives in Western Australia but spends as much time in Aotearoa as she can. Brigid spent her twenties living in a Buddhist community, veered into performance poetry in her thirties, and was once almost famous for her eight prize-winning YA books. She loves to swim, walk, read, cook, meditate and moodle around. A further passion is inspiring others to get creative in their work and in their lives. Her latest title is Still Life with Teapot: On Zen, Memoir and Creativity.
